2013 My good friend and mentor, Brad Adams, and Carla and Shelby were in town this weekend (in 2013). The Adams were kind enough to spend a little time with us.
2009 - The Year in ReviewHappy New Year, 2010. 2009 was a bit odd. Of course, the biggest factor in our year was Dash, who went from a typical three year-old boy to a typical four year-old boy. Anything outside of that I'll note here: Sunday, July 20, 2009Most new content (after 2005) is over at Dash's website: dashmartin.net. The daily life posts are over there, since most daily life is work or Dash related (and who has any interest in writing about or reading about work). It just seems like, finally, we're starting to get some of our personal lives back. Towards that end, we need a place for posting stuff that doesn't belong on the Dash website. New!Sunday, August 24, 2009Leigh's walking in the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk this fall. Both our mom are Survivors. Her fundraising level is now at $710. Based on a conversation last night, I've agreed to SHAVE MY HEAD BALD (and post pictures at our websites and on Facebook) if she gets to $1150 by Tuesday night (I've 3days of presentations next week, I'll need some hair back by then).
